Is this what Klopp’s hugs is doing to Liverpool players?

Of a truth, Liverpool’s resurgence since October has been remarkable. Leicester City heroics might have rightly overshadowed the development going on at Anfield, yet it can’t be denied that Klopp’s arrival has changed a lot of things. From their 4 – 3 cracker of a victory against his former side, Borussia Dortmund at Anfield, to the 3 – 0 defeat handed over to Villareal, securing a place in the final showdown of the Europa League, it has been shades of greatness for the Reds, and one of the players reveal that one of Klopp’s several gestures is doing a great trick.

England youth international, Sheyi Ojo, one of the breakout youngsters of the club this season believes the warm hugs the German publicly gives his players after every win has had its positive impacts and effects. A recipient of a handful of the hugs himself, the teenage sensational forward, who was recalled from a loan term at Wolverhampton in January is quoted as revealed by The Daily Star,

“Even small things like giving players a hug – it seems like a joke but that instils confidence and we are getting the benefit.
He’s given me quite a few (hugs) to be fair so hopefully there will be more to come.”

More hugs will definitely come for the remainder of the season and next campaign, and Sheyi will be looking to earn more playing time with the team. He has been a major part of the senior team in recent league games, impressing in his debut start against Bournemouth with a wonderful assist, and he remains a very promising player for coming seasons.
