Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is sure to reinforce his squad this summer and with the likes of Radamel Falcao, Eden Hazard, Loic Remy and Alexandre Pato all ready to leave at the end of the term, bringing in a couple of attacking players will be a priority for the Italian national team coach, alos Hazard may leave at the end of the season so Frenchman could be Belgian’s replacement.

The Saints striker Graziano Pelle and Javier Pastore have been linked with a move to The Blues over the past few weeks and now according to fresh report emerging out of England, it has been suggested that Chelsea are currently considering a move for Nice star Hatem Ben Arfa.

The French was unceremoniously released by The Magpies last campaign however the Frenchman has maintained to revive his career at Nice, scoring 18 goals in 36 matches and the attacking midfielder is now one of the most sought after footballers in Europe.

With Ben Arfa’s deal with Nice set to expire at the end of the campaign, it is expected that the 29-year old will be leaving the Ligue 1 club and some top clubs are said to be currently interested.

Spanish club Barcelona were understood to have confirmed contact with Ben Arfa last week and now the Times reports that even Chelsea have joined in the race to land the ex-Hull City flop.
