Paris Saint-Germain star and rumoured Arsenal and Manchester United transfer target Zlatan Ibrahimovic is keeping his cards close to his chest over his departure from France capital.
The veteran striker is heading towards the end of his contract at the Parc des Princes, and has been linked heavily with a move to the England.
The Swede is thought to be desperate to finally win the Champions League after repeated failure to do so with France Champions, meaning the Premier League giants are now stronger contenders ahead of Chelsea to secure his services.
Still, Zlatan’s PSG team-mate Marco Verratti insists he has tried his best to tell him to remain in the French capital, with no response.
‘I always tell him to stay, but he never answers,’ the Italian said.
‘He and the club will see. I, like all my team-mates, want him to stay because he’s had an extraordinary season.
‘I don’t see anyone stronger than him. He’ll make a decision soon.’
The 34-year-old, who joined the Laurent Blanc’ man for reported fee of €20m, has never spent longer than a handful of seasons at the same club, has been with PSG since 2012, but the team’s lack of success in Europe is pushing him to change a workplace.
